Submitting an inquiry or exchanging preliminary correspondence does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, partnership, agency, or confidential relationship. Please do not send trade secrets, regulated data, or other sensitive or confidential information until appropriate written terms are in place. Services begin only under a written agreement accepted by Imperance and the client.

4. Professional services

Any paid analytics or related research services, deliverables, fees, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations, data terms, schedules, and project-specific warranties are governed exclusively by the applicable written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms of Use, the agreement controls for the paid services it covers.

Descriptions of planned software or future offerings are informational only. They do not constitute an offer, product commitment, release date, statement of functionality, price, or warranty.

5. Informational content; no professional advice

Website content is provided for general business information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to enter into any transaction.
